The use of Rome Station website and/ or services indicates your acceptance of these terms of use ("Terms of Use"). By accessing or using the website and/ or services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Service

Rome Station provides a platform for buying, selling, consigning, booking appointments, and authenticating designer luxuries. Services are available only to individuals who are at least 19 years old.

Personal Information

To access some features of the Service, you must provide some of your personal information including but not limited to your legal name, phone number, email address, personal identification information… etc. It is your duty to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the information you supply.

Content

You are responsible for any Content that you post or transmit on or through the Service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Purchase and Sale Transactions

All items are authentic guaranteed. All sales and deposit are final. No Refunds or Exchanges for All items. Please check your items and consider this policy before your purchase.

Taxes and VAT

Buyer is solely responsible for the payment of all sales and use taxes, export and/or import taxes and duties, value-added tax (VAT), and any other taxes or levies that may be incurred in connection with the purchase of each item. The Buyer shall indemnify the Seller for any liabilities arising from the Buyer's failure to pay applicable taxes.

Fees and Payments

Rome Station charges transaction fees for sales made through the site. We reserve the right to change our fees policy and to institute new charges at any time.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments may be booked through our platform. We require at least 24 hours notice in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Authentication Service

Rome Station authentication services do not represent the opinion of any brand named directly or indirectly and should not be treated as such. As a third-party appraisal institution, our company does not participate in any purchase disputes or sales controversies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Rome Station, nor its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments

Please check regularly for any updates and announcements on the website and/ or services. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to all the terms or do not agree with the term where our company have the right to modify at any time, or if your country or territory excludes all or part of the terms, you may not use the website and/ or services.
